Workshop Terms & Conditions

When you attend a craft workshop you will be given a loyalty card.  The card will be stamped each time you attend a class. After six classes you will get your 7th one free!!  
You can attend any class at any of the venues to collect your stamps.

(NB: Your free class will be up to the value of £15)

Payment must be made to secure your booking. 

Payment by bank transfer is preferred.

If you are unable to attend a class, please let me know as soon as possible.

Payment will not be refunded, but transferred to a booking for another class. If you fail to attend two classes in a row, no further transfers to classes will be offered.

If due to unforeseen circumstances we need to cancel/postpone a class, we will let you now as soon as possible.  We will then offer you an option:

• To receive a full refund
• To transfer to the new date for the class
• To book onto another class
